Judge throws out harassment complaints by former Cliffside Park cop

Jon Lemkin, who in November was convicted of tampering with his license plate but maintains he was framed by then-police Capt. Michael Russo, accused the now retired captain of posting libelous comments online against him earlier this year. He also accused Russo’s son, Michael Russo Jr., and daughter, Jessica Russo, of contacting and harassing him via Twitter.
