Ridgefield Park couple plan to build a nature sanctuary next door

Steve and Linda Quinn recently spent $210,000 to buy the house next door to them in Ridgefield Park. Then they spent $28,000 to tear it down. They don’t intend to build a larger house on the now-empty lot. Instead, they will turn it into a miniature wildlife sanctuary.
