Program will find best way to clean Edgewater superfund site

EDGeWATER €” An eight-week pilot program to determine the best way to immobilize coal tar, arsenic, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) in the borough’s Quanta Superfund Site began last week and will help with formulating a design for a full-scale remedy scheduled for mid 2015.
